Effective 25 October 2021, Boardroom is the Unit Registry for Frazis Capital Partners.  Boardroom maintain and facilitate the online application portal and the InvestorServe portal. All statements will be issued by Boardroom.

For the Frazis Fund

We process applications on a weekly basis, based on close-of-business prices every Friday, we require a full application form and funds cleared into the application account by 3pm each Friday to process the Investment. If application forms and funds are received after 3pm on a Friday, then the processing of the application will be based on the close-of-business prices of the following Friday.

For the Frazis Venture Fund

Applications to the Frazis Venture Fund are open to existing investors until the end of 2021. We process applications on a monthly basis, based on close-of-business prices of the last Business Day of the month,  we require a full application form and funds cleared into the application account by the last Business Day of the month to process the Investment.

If application forms and funds are received after the last Business Day of the month, then the processing of the application will be based on the close-of-business prices of the following last Business Day of the month.

InvestorServe is the online portal where investors can download statements, update details and view holdings.

For the Frazis Fund

The Fund needs to confirm pricing on the Application Date before issuing statements to new investors. Typically this will be 5-10 working days. As the Frazis Fund processes applications weekly, confirmation will be sent via email within 5 business days after the processing date applied to your investment. An application is not complete until a completed application form is received and approved, and application funds have cleared. If your application form has been received by 3pm on a Friday (which is not a public holiday in NSW) and your funds have cleared by 3pm on that same day, your investment will receive the unit price calculated as at the close of business on that day.

For the Frazis Venture Fund

As the Frazis Venture Fund processes applications monthly, confirmation will be sent via email within 5 business days after the processing date applied to your investment. If your application and funds are received after the last Business Day of the month, your application rolls to the following month, and your confirmation will be 5 business days after that date. During distribution periods receipt of your confirmation statement may be delayed by up to 10 business days.

Monthly statement: Month-end holdings statements are sent via email within 10 business days of the end of month.

Annual distribution statement: Confirmation of the amount of distribution payable to your account, either in cash to your bank account or in the form of additional units reinvested to your account. Sent via email within 5 business days after each distribution payment date.

Annual transaction statement: A list of all transactions on your account for the past financial year sent via email each July.

Annual tax statement: Sent in August each year via email.

Monthly investment/market report from the portfolio managers: Sent via email, 12 business days after month end.

For the Frazis Fund

Redemption requests can be made by emailing investors@fraziscapitalpartners.com and requesting a redemption form. Redemptions will be processed within 30 days of receipt, with funds transferred shortly after. You must stipulate either the dollar amount of the redemption or the number of units to redeem. We will not accept redemption requests that ask us to calculate the redemption amount so that you retain a specific amount as a balance. Note: The minimum redemption amount is $10,000.  We may require you to make a full redemption if you do not continue to meet the minimum holding amount for the fund ($10,000).

For the Frazis Venture Fund

Please note for the Frazis Venture Fund, liquidity windows will be advised, and redemptions will be accepted during these windows. If you would like to make a redemption, please contact the team at investors@fraziscapitalpartners.com and we will process the redemption at the next available opportunity.

The Frazis fund is open to wholesale investors only with a minimum initial investment of $100,000. We will shortly launch a retail fund. Please let us know at investors@fraziscapitalpartners.com if interested.

Yes, the fund is audited annually as of 30 June each year.

Yes, the fund is more concentrated than most major market indices and is focused on fast-growing companies in technology and the life sciences. This must be considered carefully with your financial advisor. The fund also charges higher fees than typical ETFs based on market indices.
